Minutes of the Meeting

Discussion Points Related to Dakshin Dinajpur:

1. Pending PHE (JJM) Connection:  

   - One pending JJM connection under the Buniadpur Division must be ensured within the week as committed by the DM, Buniadpur Div.  

   - All new JJM applications are to be processed and disposed of on a TOP priority basis.  

2. Disposal of other NSC Cases:

   - All NSC cases are to be disposed within the stipulated time frame.  

   - Specifically, non-pole cases must be cleared and completed within 7 days, without exceptions.  

3. Revenue Enhancement Activities:  

   - Revenue activities need to be significantly increased.  

   - All disconnections as per REM reports, specially all Ind & Com classes are to be strictly implemented.  

   - Defaulters in the agricultural sector must be disconnected to maximize revenue collection by March 2025.  

4. Monitoring and Review: 

   - All activities will be reviewed every Monday by the Director (Distribution) via Video Conference.
